We are now registered under the EU's IOSS scheme which means that we are required to charge your country's VAT /TVA rate on orders.
The amount you are charged at checkout is the total amount that you will pay. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING EXTRA WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED.
PLEASE NOTE that if your parcel is delivered and you refuse to accept delivery then the book will be returned to us and we will be charged for that by the shippers. In these circumstances we will only refund you the cost of the book (once we have received it back) and not the cost of shipping it out to you.
We aim to ship your order within 3 working days of receipt. However, we are a very small team and on occasion it may take a little longer but we do try our very best to make sure that you get your books as quickly as possible. We know that shipping can seem expensive and so we always try to make sure that you are charged the lowest possible rate. All our shipping prices are based on the weight of your particular order and the actual cost charged to us.
Please note that if you have pre-ordered a book which is not yet published we will send it out as soon as possible after we receive stock.
Our books are shipped by Royal Mail, or by UPS, FEDEX or ParcelForce if we are using a courier. Once your order is on its way then we will send you a shipping notification and a tracking number if your order is being sent by courier.
For the UK we offer free shipping on all orders. For other countries you can calculate the shipping cost on our shopping cart. If you enter your country and postcode then the cost will be calculated for you.

Delivery times are usually as follows:
For UK: 3-5 working days
For Europe: 5-10 working days
For Rest of World: Up to 2-3 weeks
In the UK we can also offer Next Day UK service by Royal Mail.
For the UK we offer free shipping on all orders above £30.00. Orders valued below this are charged at a flat rate of £2.50.

When ordering goods for delivery you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the destination. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over import duties and taxes and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If any books that you ordered have been damaged in transit, are faulty or are not what you ordered then please email us at mail@dewilewispublishing.com within 14 working days providing as much detail as possible, including photographs.

The item should be new and unopened, including the shrink-wrap over the book. Returns must be securely packaged and must include the delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please note the shipping costs are not reimbursed for a change of mind return. We recommend that return shipments are sent using a trackable service as reimbursements will only be issued on receipt of your parcel.
