The item should be new and unopened, including the shrink-wrap over the book. Returns must be securely packaged and must include the delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please note the shipping costs are not reimbursed for a change of mind return. We recommend that return shipments are sent using a trackable service as reimbursements will only be issued on receipt of your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE that if your parcel is delivered and you refuse to accept delivery or to pay the charges requested by the shipper or by Customs then the book will be returned to us and we will be charged for that by the shippers. In these circumstances we will only refund you the cost of the book (once we have received it back) and not the cost of shipping it out to you.
